1. Fill in the online returns form
Go to our online form (here) to tell us which products you want to return, giving your email address or telephone number and the order number. Follow the steps indicated.
2. Prepare your order
Print the return label (you can find it in the email you will receive when you request the return or when you complete the request process).
Pack the items you wish to return in a box in good condition and securely closed. We recommend that you use the BIMANI box in which you received our items. Do not forget to include the return label.
3. Hand over the items to the courier
The courier will collect the parcel from the address provided. As we cannot guarantee the courier's schedule, it is important to request collection at a location where the parcel can be delivered throughout the day. It is not necessary to print a shipping label.
*Returns cost €4.50 for a maximum of four items, and it is not possible to combine items from different orders in a single return. An additional €1 will be charged for each extra item included in the package (mainland Spain). The cost for returns from the Balearic Islands is €14.50 per package, with a maximum of four items, and an additional €1 will be charged for each extra item included in the package.
