You can use your accumulated BIMs both in-store and for online purchases. It's very simple! In-store, just mention it when you check out. In-store, you cannot choose how many BIMs you want to use. We have different options for you to choose the one that best suits your needs.
When shopping online, you will see the amount you can discount with your accumulated BIMs when you finalise your purchase. Select the number of BIMs you want to use and click on the ‘Use’ button to get your discount.
If I make a return, will I lose my BIMs?
As BIMs are earned for every euro spent on a purchase, you will lose the points from any returns you make and from any reviews you have written for those items. We do this to prevent fraud in earning BIMs by writing product reviews.
